The BCQC is back with its next edition of open quizzes, this time in August. Here are the details:

(The nearest landmarks: The location is behind Domino's Pizza, near the new ICC Towers complex in which are situated shops such as Mainland China. The place is about 2 km from Pune University. This is a wikimapia map to the location.)

I trust that medical advice and civic announcements will not have a bearing on the proceedings. We are really on,right? Any precautions you recommend anyways? thanks!
"not Dr J": In our wise opinion, we are going ahead with planned schedules and activities. Unless something intervenes in 48 hours, we'll quiz beginning on Sunday morning.
As for precautions: stay healthy and watchful, and don't leave your brain behind - you might need it :-)
[more seriously: a quick check at the usual precautions would not hurt.]
are the finalists allowed to compete on stage and answer wearin masks??....are masks gonna be provided at the venue??...and will there be stand by medical help??....
