As to the questions, I liked them but I did think the quiz was a bit uneven. I am quite sure giving more notice to the contributors and having someone with a bit of quizzing experience vet the whole thing would have helped loads.
Also, the name-of-institute-as-first-question meme needs to be retired, and fast.
I liked that they used old-school IR - its gotten quite rare these days with the absolute domination of Arnold variation IR.
Given the bad circumstances in which Sameer had to put the quiz together, it was a half-miracle the quiz actually happened. So not surprised that the quiz was so uneven and unpolished. Sameer was told only a couple of days before the event he had to do it, and some credit to him for managing to do so.
Perhaps the next time someone is in this situation, they should just say no.
